Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days. Please add 1-2 additional days for a major Holiday.
Maddie Bee's Boutique, LLC is not liable for any items after they have left our shop. If an item is lost in transit, or was not delivered, you must contact your local post office to resolve the issue. Please make sure your address is correct before you submit an order. Once an item ships, the address cannot be changed.
Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to the email address on file.
If for any reason, your product is mailed back to us, you will need to repay for the items to be resent. A new order will not be shipped until we receive the package that could not be delivered.
RETURNS & CANCELLED ORDERS
Due to the structure of our shop, returns are not accepted. Sorry for any inconveniences.
However, in the event of receiving a damaged item, we will gladly refund you. Only if we are notified within 2 business days. You must send a photo along with your invoice number.
Once an order has shipped, it can not be cancelled.
